S&F Products warrants that you must be 100% satisfied with the purchase and use of the product, or we will replace it, or give you your money back!

If you are not 100% fully and completely satisfied with your purchase of the product, simply return the item to us within 30 days of your purchase. We will promptly replace the product for you, or refund your full purchase price – your choice.

Here's how to get your replacement or refund: Contact us via email, or via phone @ 714-412-1298, or via fax @ 714-961-0025 to let us know if you want a replacement or refund.

• We will provide you with a Return Authorization number (RA#)
• Ship the product to us prepaid, with a tracking number for proof of delivery.
• Include with the product your sales receipt.
• Clearly write your Return Authorization number (RA#) on the outside of the package.
• Address your package to:

Once we receive your package we will promptly send you a replacement or we will promptly issue you your refund – your choice.
